Who We Are

Overview:

The Partridge Woods Homeowners Association is comprised of 200 homeowners. Our goal is to promote a friendly and safe community for its families to grow. Also, its goal is to develop and implement programs and activities that maintain and improve the property values in our community. A Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners annually to manage the association activities. There are Association Covenants to guide the association for the good of the overall community. The Board of Directors are responsible for upholding these Covenants. Annual dues are determined and collected each year to pay for the maintenance of common areas and other association business.
